A neat thing, a handmade, rolled newspaper hat.. This is at least folk art and maybe prison art. I canīt find a date on any of the paper but itīs older, slightly yellow but not crunchy or fragile. There are a few breaks but itīs in very good shape overall - even occasionally wearable! The brim measures 14 x 15 wide. Itīs a reasonable size (I donīt know hat sizes - 7-ish?) and would fit an average or slightly larger head. Please Inquire for Price Sorry!
